Supplements are an important part of bodybuilding, but when we think of supplements, multivitamins are not at the forefront of our thoughts. We probably tend to think of protein and creatine first. *B vitamins - helps your body make use of the carbohydrates you take in on a daily basis, utilizing the nutrient for energy.
*Vitamin C - required for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body - including muscle tissue.
*Vitamin D - aids in calcium absorption, making your bones strong. You need strong bones for strong muscles!
